Company current payout rules for Authors

This document forms an integral part of the Author Agreement and outlines the current rules governing payments and rewards provided to authors by the Company. By registering on the platform and accepting the Agreement, the Author agrees to the terms described below.

1. Welcome Bonus

The Company offers a one-time Welcome Bonus to newly registered Authors as an incentive for publishing their course on the platform.

Reward Description Holding Period
$50.00 Granted for publishing a course on the platform after the course successfully passes moderation and becomes publicly available 14 days

Terms and Conditions:

  • The bonus is awarded for each published course.
  • The bonus is credited after the course passes moderation.
  • The amount is subject to a 14-day holding period before it becomes available for withdrawal.
  • The Company reserves the right to revoke the bonus if violations of platform policies are detected during the holding period.

2. Author Rewards for Course Sales

Authors receive rewards for eligible transactions involving their courses on the platform. The applicable reward depends on the type of product and transaction.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All rewards (except subscription payments, where applicable) are subject to a 30-day holding period.
  • The holding period is required for fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, and dispute resolution.
  • If a transaction is refunded, charged back, or otherwise invalidated during the holding period, the corresponding reward will be canceled.
  • Subscription-based rewards may follow separate allocation and payout timing rules as specified by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify reward amounts, holding periods, and conditions at its sole discretion.
