Company current Payment Rules for Affiliate Partners

This document forms an integral part of the Affiliate Agreement and defines the current rules governing commissions and payouts for affiliate partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”). By registering on the platform and accepting the Agreement, the Partner agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. General Principles

The Company rewards Partners for promoting courses available on the platform. Commission rates depend on:

  • the type of transaction, and
  • whether the Partner is promoting their own course (i.e., is also the Author of the course) or a third-party course.

All commissions are subject to a holding period of 30 days.

2. Affiliate Commission Structure

2.1 Promotion of Own Course (Partner is the Author)

Notes:

  • A “First Course Sale” refers to the initial transaction made by a newly acquired customer.
  • “Subsequent Sales” include any additional purchases made after the first transaction.
  • Subscription commissions are calculated based on the Company’s internal revenue allocation model.

2.2 Promotion of Third-Party Courses
